I feel a need to write on the power of social media.(S.M.) See, I didn’t know how impactful it truly was. For example, Mike did a search on my name in Google, and I came up in six different places. Now don’t get me wrong, I am extremely glad, but it still floors me! I mean, you can find me on Twitter, Facebook, and a few other places, and yes I do my best to use S.M. effectively, but I still find myself lacking in many areas. And consider this; I just now was able to link my Facebook to my Twitter account. And that only scratches the surface of what can be done with S.M, I’ve still got a lot more integration to do, but here’s the point of this post.
It doesn’t matter whether you are using social media for your personal stuff, or for your business. And yes, I understand that it can all be a bit overwhelming, but just start with one thing, whether it is Twitter, Squidoo, Facebook, or Blogging, just start with something, and move forward from there. For the scripture is clear that if you are diligent, you will reap the fruit of your labor.
