What Is The Reason For The Season?

What is the reason for the season?
Is it presents, and trimmings all placed under the tree?
Is it the gathering of family and friends round a Christmas feast?
Or is it perhaps something more, something quite unique?
The birth of a child who would grow up to be
Savior, Lord, Lamb and King
